Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for thorough evaluation to confirm the Tanner stage development and go ahead with further investigations (hormonal and blood work-up along with ultrasound scan) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate would be started based on examination and investigation results to help you get your periods and regulate them. Be in regular follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist.
Take care.
