I had an accident in 2002 which resulted in a L1 burst fracture, but I did not have surgery. To this day 30% of the bone is missing and I have 2 Schmorl's nodes. I still have days where my back in in pain. I just found out that I am pregnant and because of the pain I am worried about delivery.

Will I be able to have a vaginal delivery, or should I plan to have a C-section?
