Hi,
I'm 21 and about a week ago I had sex with my boyfriend - I'm on a birth control pill so we didn't use a condom and I'm certain that we're both STD free. The next day I had itchiness in my vagina, not on the lips but where the penis would actually enter.. and it feels like it's inside. It burns when I urinate but there's no discharge or smell. There is a VERY LITTLE bit of blood and it can't be attributed to my period. I'm not on any medication other than the birth control. I'm thinking that it's a cut or rawness inside because it doesn't itch per se it just feels like a burning, it's not severe but just there - enough to notice. We haven't had sex since. Any thoughts or suggestions on what it could be or what I could do? I don't have health insurance so seeing a doctor is pretty much not an option at this point. I just can't afford it.

thanks.

It sounds like you may have a UTI.
You're going to have to go to the doctor and be put on some antibiotics.

I agree with Maddie, this sounds like a urinary tract infection.
Go to the doctor.

OR, it could be a tear. The only way to know for sure is to go to the doctor. There are free clinics generally everywhere across the US. My advice would be to go to one of these.

If that is not an option, you should see your doctor anyway and request to make payments for the bill. They are usually willing to accept payment arrangements but your health is not something to joke around with.
