I'm 15 years old and recently i have had weird bumps on my vagina. i don't know what this is from. I'm still a virgin so i crossed out having an STD..My only thing is..is there and STD you can get from kissing..And if there is will it cause bumps on your vagina? If not what are some reasons i might have these bumps and how can i get rid of them?

Does your vagina itch? Could be a yeast infection, if so. Have you changed soaps recently? Maybe you are sensitive to your new soap if you did. Do you shave down there? If so, it can cause razor bumps. Could the bumps be ingrown hairs?
It is normal to have small bumps where your hairs come out of the follicles in your skin. And it is also normal to have tiny raised bumps around your inner labia and clitoris. If they don't itch or smell or if they aren't leaking pus or draining, there should be nothing to worry about. If you are really concerned, talk to your mother and see about getting a doctor's appointment set up.
PS About the STD thing, I have never heard of any STD you get from kissing (unless the mouth of your partner has been on the privates of someone infected, still, even then, it is not common)and I certainly have never heard of an STD giving one bumps on their privates after just kissing their partner.
