Q: Vaginal blood discharge

I was having irritation and yellow discharge for a long time. I had unprotected sex and hence took an emergency contraceptive pill called i-pill and now after one week i am having this blood discharge from two days which is smelly also. I am having acute back pain and abdominal pain.My periods is still 12-15 days to come and i am sure i am not having my periods. I want to know is this anything to do with the contraceptive pill or is this infection which i was facing before which has turned to discharge blood . Please suggest me....
