I am experiencing vaginal bleeding and it is bright red. I also have a lot of stomach pains and feel sick to my stomach. I went to the doctor last summer for this and they couldn't find anything wrong! I'm pretty sure its not normal since I just had my period two weeks ago. The only thing i can associate this with is in the summer when we go boating it always happens. Not sure if the bumps when i'm on the boat is causing something inside me to rupture or if the water is nasty or what? Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Abnormal irregular, painful bleeding is due to hormonal imbalance and is suggestive of any underlying disorder as Fibroids, cervicitis,Endometritis etc.Since it has been long you require a complete pelvic examination and investigations as USG scan and Hormonal Analysis to rule out the exact cause.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for thorough evaluation as heavy frequent periods can lead to anemia.

Take Care!
