I am so sorry...

I have it too, and this is a lifetime thing. You have genital herpes.

They are white sores, the first time is always extremely painful, and with your first sores, urination is so bad that you're tempted to never pee again.

I'm sorry, but this is herpes, no way around it. No other vaginal or vulva condition produces sores. It takes around a month for the herpes virus to strike, once it's embed itself into you. This means you need to think about who you've had sex with for the past 60 days and nail the guy. This guy was not honest with you, and now you have herpes for life.

Go to the doctor while you have the sores. Once the sores go away (around 2 weeks), the doctor will have no way to find out you have it. Herpes is tricky. Once the virus (sores) goes away, it won't show up on pap smears, blood or urine tests. It'll show once the virus is active (sores present).

Condoms do NOT protect you from herpes AT ALL. Herpes on a man does not only stay on the penis itself, which the condom covers, but it also spreads and shows up on the pubic bone area. Oral sex, if the guy had it in his mouth (oral herpes), would have given that to you.

I'm sorry about this. White sores on a vulva area are not produced by anything other than the herpes virus. It's a dead-on diagnosis.
