Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Itching and soreness is a sign of infection. If the symptoms have been present for over 48 hours, then it suggests possibility of infection. Consider getting an examination done by your gynecologist along with a vaginal smear done to identify the infection and get started on treatment. The examination done will also help to see if the injury due to fingering was severe and needs extra attention and care.
Take care.
