I have had a total colectomy and later a bladder reconstruction because of a surgical accident during the colectomy. My prostrate plexus nerve was also a little damaged in the surgery. I now cant have an erection. I have tried Viagra and other such stimulents.

What do you know about vacume erection (penis pumps)and is it safe to use for my situation?
