Q: uvula yellow mass

A week ago i noticed that my daughter had a yellow mass hanging from the uvula. The doctor did not know what it is and was refered to the ENT. ENT don't know what it is and told me that they might have to do surgery to remove it. They gave her an antibiotic to see if it goes away but its still there and she has no other symtoms .
