Q: uti without treatment

So a few weeks ago i went to see my gp about my utis they tested my pee which was clear, and sent me for blood tests on my liver and kidneys i had to wait 2 weeks for the test results which came back clear. So i still have a uti with no treatment and the doctor says im fine. Any ideas what else to do?
