I've recently started squirting and maybe coincidently got my first UTI. Has anyone heard of squirting causing UTI's? I'm wondering if the pushing involved somehow opens me up to bacteria traveling up into my bladder.... glance

Chances are that you are enjoying your newfound gift and are having sex more often, which can lead to UTIs. Squirting and urinating flush out the urinary tract. Bacteria in the urinary tract is what causes UTIs.
