Q: UTI and irritated appendix

hello i was in the er all day sunday and long story short they said i have a urinarry tract infection and possibly an irratated appendix. i am in pain and i have only one antibiotic left and 2 pain pills what should i tell the doctors i dont understand why they didnt just take my appendix out i am in alot of pain i ran a fever and was nauseas all day yesterday so if anyone knows anything let me know
