Q: UTI and headaches?

I went to the ER this past Wednesday complaining of a really bad migraine, no fever or chills accompanying it. Based upon urine they determined I have a UTI, I've been on antibiotics since Wednesday, yesterday I felt exceptionally better, but now I have a really bad migraine. Can this be caused from the infectiom?
