What is the normal size of uterus for a non-pregnant woman?? My uterus size is 3.6 x 5.0 x 2.6cms. , could you plz tell me know whether this is the normal in size or small in size and if it is small in size is there any problem for pregnancy??

A "normal" uterus is typically the size and shape of an upside down pear and weighs somewhere around 6 ounces. Its dimensional size is about eight to ten centimeters by six centimeters (roughly 3-4 inches by 2 ½ inches).

my uterus measures 8.3x4.4 cm in its long axis. Endometial thickness measures 15mm. Cavity echoes are prominent. Please explain any problem due to above and it needs to be removed immediately? If it ls left any harm?
