Q: Uterus pain during first trimester

This is my first pregnancy and am having some pain in my pelvic area some times it is achey some times stabbing but no bleeding. I have a inflammed uterus and endometreosis also so am use to having pain there but it seems to be worse since i found out i was pregnanat. Should i worry about this or is this normal
