Q: Uterus no longer swollen

I am 11w3d and a little nervous due to the fact that the past two days my uterus is no longer swollen...Since 8-10 weeks I have been able to feel my swollen uterus, it has always been kinda hard and was easily located. Now all of a sudden, I cant really feel it or find it. I am starting to get nervous. I had a 10w check up and everything was fine. Also, the past 2 days I have had no symptoms of pregnancy. Is everything okay?? Should I be worried about a missed miscarriage?

Pregnancy symptoms coming and going is normal. If i had a dollar for everytime they disappeared and came back i would have a hefty lump of money. If you're not cramping or bleeding i wouldn't worry but if it's really bothering you then i would call your doctor
