In May of 08 I had a c section because I was not progressing for natural labor. I lost 1600 cc's of blood in the c section. Until the other day I had no idea why i bled so much. The paperwork I seen said uterine atony. Does this mean in future pregnancies I can bleed to death or have other complications or even the possiblities of not bein able to have babies at all? Also since having a c section Ive had a mirena (IUD) perforate my uterus, which also caused a cyst and and an enlarged ovary. Does this complicate things even more to have children with everything that i previously said?????????
