I had a cycle back on July 13 was pretty normal. My next cycle was supposed to be on August 15 and I never started. On August 21 I started having some light spotting and then went to medium spotting. Lasted for 6 days. My cycle for the month of September hasn't started at all. I have been told by several people that I'm pregnant because of the symptoms I was having and still am having some. Could I be pregnant? My cycles are usually heavy to real heavy and then to light.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Lighter periods, spotting, missed periods and the symptoms that you describe could be suggestive of pregnancy. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any new symptoms. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for getting examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
