Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Otrivin nasal drops should not be used for more than 3-5 days, as the longer use of the medication can damage the nasal tissues and lead to chronic congestion. Its use during pregnancy is not recommended as there is no published data for its safety during pregnancy in humans (it causes adverse effects in animal pregnancy) and so it should be used only if the potential benefits of its use outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. If the nasal problem persists, you should consider going ahead with thorough evaluation done with your gynecologist/ENT specialist. If you do need to use nasal drops, use saline nasal drops which are safer to be sued during pregnancy.
Take care.
