Last week I was on the last week of blue pills(the dark ones) and I had unprotected sex(Friday.) I wasn't on any antibiotics, so shouldn't I have started my period already? I started taking the green pills on Sunday and still haven't started yet. Usually it takes a day to a day and a half for it to actually start. I feel like I'm about ready to but it still hasn't come, and I'm starting to freak out.

My boyfriend says he is 100% sure he didn't have an "accident" in or around my vaginal area, but I know he did on my stomach. He pulled out before he did, I know that's not a very good method, but I'm on birth control..shouldn't it work?

Could I be pregnant or am I just worrying too much? Can stress cause a late period?
Could someone PLEASE help? eek

I'm on bc and take my pills fairly regularly and we don't even pull out most of the time. If you're regular on your pills, it's probably just your period being wacky. I've had mine jump the gun before and got my period before I started the inactive pills and then I've had it not show up until like, the 4th day of inactive pills.

Stress can definitely cause a late period.

If you haven't been taking the pills for very long, your body could still be adjusting. If you're too worried, try taking a test to ease your mind.

Thanks. I've been regular on the pills, so I thought I should have been okay. I've been on them since June of last year, so....

I started this morning so I'm okay now...It was probably the stress.
Thanks for your help!
