Q: Using escitalopram with finasteride ?

Hello,

I am currently taking just under 2mg of finasteride per day as treatment for hair loss. But I currently am under a lot of stress and anxiety and have been recently considering taking an SSRI like escitalopram (was only planning on 5mg daily). My question is, are these two medications compatible to be taken together, or will one affect the other in a negative way?

I would be thankful for any feedback, thank you.
