using DIANE35 and breasts are a bit filled up

hi,
m 22 year old n 3 mnths hav passed after my marriage, my doctor suggested me DIANE35 to balance d hormonal disorder and m using it frm past 15 days...
few days before m experiencing slightly change in my breast size. they r feeling like a bit filled up, although its good for me coz my size is jst 28 and i want them to grow up.
still m worried if its safe or should i have to consult my doctor again... please help me out
