A power plate is a fitness tool that uses vibrations in order to contract the muscles more often than with usual exercises. These would lead to a shorter time being needed for the same results. Otherwise, other fitness exercises can achieve the same result in the end. While this might sound good to people who do not have a lot of time for exercise, it might be smart to use the usual exercises when pregnant.
No independent medical studies can be found about the usage of a power plate in pregnancy. The company that produces the power plate does not support one either. So, my advice would be to avoid exercising with power plate when you are pregnant, because loss of a baby cannot be compared to missing your favorite exercises for several months. You might want to consult with your gynecologist about this issue.
