Even living in the desert would cause more harm by being circumsised.

I have the same problem...
I was talking to one urologist, and he said to me, it is a muscle (nothing to do with the actual penis) that causes the penis to hang down...

I think that's a very dumb and unhealthy idea. Your skin is 100% naturally the color is is supposed to be.
