Thanks everyone. I am so glad he is finally here.
I was 40 weeks along and fairly hypertensive. I was really not wanting to be induced but didnt really have a choice, I mean I could have refused, but I wasnt doing well and didnt want it to affect baby. Of course, as usualy induction turned into c section. I am glad he is here happy and healthy.... more
Well my little boy is finally here, arrived on the 9th. 7lbs 2.6 ounces 21inches.
On thursday i went in for bp check and it was too high and so i went back at 2pm for cervidil insertion and admission to be induced and monitored, it worked well i went into labor within hours, by the am i was 4cm dilated and 90% effaced but baby was still high.

I cant help with finding on OBGYN , however I am 40 weeks pregnant and have a hypothyroid, or had, I have been on medication to normalize my levels throughout my pregnancy and before.
As long as her thyroid levels are closely monitored and medicatins are adjusted accordingly, you dont need a special OBGYN or anything. Good luck!

If you still feel uncomfortable despite being sent home and something doesnt feel right, just go back. Better to be safe then sorry.
Usually bloody show is light, brown pinkish and in discharge. Its not frank red bleeding, that could be a sign of something else, specially with the cramping. I am 40 weeks...and if this was happening to me, I dont t... more
