You know freetoBme just carry on doing what you are doing you seem to have your head screwed on right.
Don't look for a new relationship it will find you when the time is right. You have a lot going on at the moment so maybe a relationship would just get in the way.

Good on ya for getting out of the abusive relationship.
I got out of my very abusive relationship 14 years ago, well 12 really coz I put up with him abusing me for a further 2 years till I met the man I am with today. (read my sticky).
Even now I am still affected by that relationship but it has however made me a stronger person.... more

Bernie it is ok saying your brother will protect you but he won't always be there.
I presume as you have a baby you hope to have a long relationship if not get married. This would mean moving home to your own place. Who is gonna protect you then?

You are too young to be so involved. Not sure about Toronto but over here in UK he would be in trouble with police for having sex with a girl under 16, whether he is under 16 or not.

Listen to what everyone else on here as adviced, they are all right. She has no right walking all over you, I'm suprised you've allowed this to go on.
Tell her to leave during the day, perhaps make sure you have a friend with you who can back you up if she calls the police, female friend or relative would be better.
