I have been taking multivitamins for the past year. I have been having a balanced diet too with lots of meat and vegetables.
So I was surpised when I had a blood test and found out that my iron levels are high.
Can anyone think why this could be happening?
I have this problem. Some times I cant sleep. I sleep for 2 hours and then I wake up and cant sleep any more.
Some times, I sleep all day.
What could be the cause of this? Could it be that I am working nghts? Maybe my biological clock is messed up?
