I was told to have sex every other day from day 10-15 by my fertility doctor... Hope this helps

If you are trying to get pregnant I would see a fertility specialist (if you can afford it) and the soulcysters website has tons of info and many women with pcos like us!
I also have pcos and would be happy to answer any questions you might have. There is alot of info to tell...
You should really have sex at least every other day during that time, but miracles do happen. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
I have pcos as well and am not ovulating because of insulin resistance, which many women have as well. Do you know if you have this and if you do, are you on any meds?
