Most of the skin experts say that microdermabrasion is the best thing you can do at home for acne and scars. Emu oil was seen on Oprah to be one of the best skin healing agents. So, the dermshed emuscar kit that I found online has both of them and both are working well for me.
I like cetaphil too, but what made my red marks and scars almost all go away was the dermshed emuscar kit. People at work think my skin looks like I've paid for laser treatments

I sometimes take melatonin but ambien just made me feel drunk and I didn't like it.
I also use unisom and it has worked the best for me without hangovers the next day. Over the counter too.

I was just wondering if anyone had a lumpectomy here but refused the tamoxifen and radiation due to the horrible side effects and possibly causing increased risk of more cancer with radiation?
I know of several people who are alive today who have done both.
