1:1 Cholesterol Ratio?

I just got my lab results back and I've improved my cholesterol even more. Right now, I'm at HDL: 96 and LDL: 110 (last year it was 84/118). I'm wondering if it is possible to reach a 1:1 ratio (HDL:LDL), and if at some point I can have too much HDL. Can HDL be higher than LDL? Youll need to get an MRI or something to see the soft tissue damage.

It is likely that you may have torn your cartialage or meniscus and if thats the case surgery may need to be performed becuase they dont heal to well. However if its ligament damage youll be out for at least a couple of weaks

SEE a proper doctor, or a specialist actually. I had my operation at 16 by one of the best, your person doesnt know what there talking about, your at risk of damaging your knee even more because the acl doesnt heal and is the principle stabiliser of the knee. depending if you tore your menisuc as well you will have to limit exercises.... more

An exray wouldnt have picked up any soft tissue damage such as cartilage or ligament tears, an MRI would be better.
