I have read somewhere that diet can determine the frequency of herpes outbreaks. Is that true? In that case, what kind of diet can help to reduce herpes outbreaks? And what will be likely to trigger it?

How long does it take to recover?? Its 14days since I saw sores-herpes. And its been 11days since I got my jab for gonerrna and medication for clamalyia, 6days treatment for herpes(flamivar)
the sores has slowly subsided, and I can see some of the sores are having a crust on them, but it still feels abit sore, difficult to pee(its like controlli... more
