I don't really understand why you don't want to use a store bought lubricant. It might not be 100% natural, but neither is dry and painful sex. So I don't see what difference that would make. If you could have pain-free sex for like $10, why not?

As Georgia said, the vagina has a smell. If you think her smell seems abnormal, then tell her to talk to her ob-gyn about it. It's probably normal though. If she smelled and looked really abnormal, her ob-gyn probably would have already noticed it.

Of course that is normal. Why wouldn't it be? It's natural for people to attracted to other people, it's normal for people to kiss, and it is normal for people to masturbate. There's nothing wrong with any of that.
That's fine. Masturbating three times a day will not harm you. You can masturbate all you want. The only time it would ever be a problem is if you felt you were masturbating so much that it was interfering with the rest of your life.
