try not to worry too much. let the doctor do his work and go for a second opinion if you think it's necessary
we all agree. your "performance issues" should go away when you decide to stop cheating on gf #1. guilt is an amazing thing and affects all of us in many different ways.
not that i know of but you should probably check with your doctor. only he or she knows for sure.
there is nothing to be embarassed about. its a personnal preference. to each his own. the only two it should make a difference too is you and your partner. if she is ok with you not performing on her then there is no problem. you should talk to her and make sure she is ok with this.
talk to your doctor. ask for samples of other precriptions. also have him recommend an endocrinologist and perhaps some counseling. you need to get to the root of the problem and deal with it as soon as possible. don't be afraid to ask questions and for advice.
