Hunny, if you have lost your desire to have sex you should try something else. Most of the time the pill is supposed to increase your desire for sexual activity. Another thing you might seriously consider is going off of b/c. It may be tampering with your hormones too much and your body just may need a break.
I just went through the same thing last week. I found out my problem was I was extreemly stressed out. Take care of your body and calm it.
The way the pill works is, if you miss lets say sunday, monday tuesday and wednesday you still have to take them. You are on thursday and you would take that pill plus sunday's pill. On friday you would take friday's and monday's. Etc. Is she is getting sick, she shuld seriously consider a different pill....Modicon or nordette.
I was also on ortho-tri-cyclen lo and go really moody. My boyfriend couldn't handle me anymore. I would freak out about anything. I then switched pills, and I am much happier on modicon, or nordette.
I have been on alot of different pills, 4 actually. I have found some I hate, and one I love. Nordette is the cure for all of your problems. Try it out!
I had that same thing happen to me. It would come and go, but for sure go and get it checked out. When I did that doctor told me my pain was cause because I had scoliosis.
