Call me crazy but I love a good colon cleanse - makes you feel like a new person - I do agree w/ ultrajosh - some products say you produce this plaque from the insides but its really just the product excreating. Go figure....I have tried those before and the bad thing about it is sometimes they end of making you constipated and thats no fun. Mo... more
