Creatine
NBPT MUSCLE / Fitness on 09-25-2006 21:02pm
Will taking creatine, and drinking tons of water make it would faster then if I drank less water each day? I'm using american stamina, which has creatine in it. It's grape flavor. My friend he worked out just like me, and he is using creatine from gnc. He says the "key" is tons of water. I drink a good amount of h2o per day.
