I'm having extreme pain in my lower left abdomen, almost daily now. I've had it for a while, a few months i'd say, and now it's gotten to the point that sometimes it hurts to stand up. I'm gonna come clean, i've been a past alcoholic, i'm clean, but since i've come to college, I started drinking basically caffeinated things alone.
