I prefer to be in the open countryside, far away from people.
When I am immensely rich I shall open my own animal sanctuary and spend my days tending to the needs of all the lovely crusty donkeys, knackered chickens and fattie pigeons that I can lay my hands on.

I would say you are pregnant! I had the cramping too, the same feeling as if my period was due. It's very normal so please don't worry.
I would have thought that you'd need to explain your circumstances again. It does seem a bit ott though - when I went with my friend to the GP because she wanted an abortion, the doctor just asked her a few questions then said 'okay'. She didn't have to see a specialist or anything.

Are you under the care of a doctor? We can not give you advice on how to perform 'do-it-yourself' abortions here I'm afraid.
Haemmorroids have no affect on abortion (or vice versa) so yes, you canhave an abortion if you have them.
