Hey folks.
I was just listening to some music, not very loud, when I noticed an echo. I thought it was just my ear phones at first, but when I took them out, I noticed the echo was caused by my right ear.
It only started about an hour or 2 ago, but it's really annoying me and I'm a little worried. Everything has a slight echo to it.

i should add that I really only buy a few things organic:
1. Apples (i recommend this, unless you wash they with a fruit/vegetable spray because regular apples are saturated with pesiticides)
2. Lettuce (same reason)
3. Walnuts (just because, not that expensive either because I buy them in bulk)

over the last few hours i've developed a really strange feeling in my lungs. My chest is tight and i'm breathless. I have asthma, but this doesn't feel like an asthma attack. I decided to take my inhaler just in case but I took it 3 times in an hour and it didn't do anything.

i don't know, something about the coding, you can do it with html but it's a pain. Yeah, it's actually one of the most common symptoms. I think pretty much everyone i've talked to that has it has had that symptom. It's the least necessary area of the brain, so it gets shut down the first is my theory.

Alright, that sounds alot easier and cheaper. So as long as I eat a balanced diet and stay away from the foods you listed as bad, that'll help me?
