I am a massage therapist, and I work on a ton of patients that have fibro. You might bennifit from seeing a chiropractor, and a massage therapist, there are also a couple suppliments you could take.

Cervical Cancer and Ovarian Cancer on 12-13-2003
I had an ovarian cyst a few years back... It had ruptured, so I had to go to the hospital because they did not know what was wrong with me at the time. What they did was give me some antibiotics, and send me home... It should go away after your next period. Hope that helps.
