it was the same for me, 21 no seizures that i knew of, then came home, and had apparently grand mal after grand mal. i lost 3 hrs in that day, at the hospital they said it was an acute stress reaction. one off. sent me home after 8 hrs, of taking blood samples to see if i was on drugs or something. but i never did drugs. First one was when i started having seizures, as i had a normal eeg, but it showed stress or something weird in the 15th-17th electrodes, i dont know what that means. this is hard to say. as you have had auras for so long, there is a possibility that you could have grand mals. but maybe not as you have been grandmal free for so long. it depends are you on medication, if so maybe it is keeping your grand mals at bay.
