hello. im 25yr old female started having seizures at 21 i thought

Sleep deprived eeg, I have had 2. First one was when i started having seizures, as i had a normal eeg, but it showed stress or something weird in the 15th-17th electrodes, i dont know what that means. this is hard to say. as you have had auras for so long, there is a possibility that you could have grand mals. but maybe not as you have been grandmal free for so long. it depends are you on medication, if so maybe it is keeping your grand mals at bay.
