thats not entirely true i have severe tmd and im doing very well and am almost tmd free and am getting better day by day. for more info contact me
doenst explain the cause of the brusing though--these are comming up as a result of minor bumps etc. there is something else going on here

do not get your teeth removed. that is extreem and not the best idea. if the problem is not the teeth you cant go back and not only that you just created another very big problem
botox is a very dangerous thing for tmd---ive looked at the research and looked at the side effects---i wont recommend anything i wont put in my own body and i will not put botox in my joint
research botox vry well before you use it!!!!
