go to a doctor or dermatologist and find out. I'm sure there are several possibilities so don't think i'm experienced and am cutting it down to one, but the only one I know about is morgellon's disease, so ask about that when you go. But don't bring it up until after they've asked questions and examined you, wouldn't want to lead them.

need more info. How old are you, where do you live, alcohol/drug use? How long has this been going on? What do you mean by a bump in your skin? It does not sound like a hygene issue. Any history of neuro. Problems?
