And take labor classes! Parenthood are good too - but labor classes are KEY to learning the comfortable positions to handle labor 'gracefully'.
If you can handle the pain then try to do it naturally, if you can't, request the medication and they will give it to you.
That's what I did. I wanted it natural but I just wasn't good at relaxing and taking the painful contractions. So I requested the epidural after 8 hours of labor and my son was born perfectly healthy 6 hours later.

It happens when I sneeze, cough, anything. I'm very happy it's only happened at home.
I go for an ultrasound today because I think I am further along than I think I am. Especially because this is happening!

And today I noticed that when I try to fart (tmi - sorry) ... pee comes out, evene if I dont have to go pee!

Hi Niamh I'm 14 weeks and have my first scan next weeks. I feel like nothing's inside me and no more nausea, only sore nipples not boobs and not really showing except for a tire of FAT I can squeeze! On the other hand no spotting or cramping or miscarriage like symptoms. What's going on I wonder? Been scaring myself reading about missed miscarriage... more
