17 And Alcohol Problems
Addiction, Recovery on 05-26-2006
Hey, i've been through alcohol addiction, although I haven't done the morning drink or the afternoon drink to "stabilize".. I keep my drinking to the nighttime only. However what I can say is that it's really *not* that hard to quit alcohol. Sometimes when I run out of money to spend on liquor, i'm left with no booze, so i'll have a glass of ... more

? to Ask, About Brother's Behavior, Use of Aluminium Foil?
Addiction, Recovery on 05-23-2006
He's almost certainly crushing up some pills. Probably snorting the powder. If he has add and takes meds for that, he might be crushing up dexedrine beads and snorting the powder. I used to grind up dexedrine spansules, although I didn't use the aluminum foil. Of course he may also not have add, but he could be getting add meds from his fri... more

Trusting My Boyfriend After Drinking
Addiction, Recovery on 05-21-2006

If you get an appointment with a psyc... more

Addiction, Recovery on 05-15-2006

It's a dangerous stimulant but not half as psychologically addictive as amphetamines (adderall, dexedrine, crystal meth), it doesn't make you half as high as those, and it's not physically addictive. Just taper your dosage over a period of 2-weeks to a m... more

Adderall Overdose
Addiction, Recovery on 05-15-2006
Hey kword, i had lots of experience with dexedrine, which is about the same as adderall except it's a better buzz (less edge, more calm), and it's slightly easier on your heart. I used to take dexedrine 20mg a day for up to two weeks, with only about two hours of sleep every night, and then quit and wait a month. Unlike you I didn't use it to ... more
