You could conceive as soon as the 3 months is up from your last shot or longer. All women are different It took about 4 months for me to get my cycle back but for it to be regular it took about 9 months. I was only on the shot for 1 year. It just depends on your system. Good luck!!

of course it is ok to have sex that far along in the pregnancy (unless high risk) The only thing that is a problem for some women is once your stomach becomes bigger then some potitions become uncomfortable so you just have to find a potition that is comfortable.
