I'm a writer by trade, and, actually, i'm thinking fairly seriously of writing a story about wrestling with this anxiety stuff ... This is just awful, it really is ...
All over my body, I get these little twitches. Neck, arms, back, shoulders, legs, feet ... All over ... It's really weird. And my arms and legs now both ache. Like after a workout kind of feeling. Any thoughts on what the hell is going on here?

i'm 23. I dont drink, I dont smoke, I dont believe in escapist hedonism (drug abuse) and no, I dont believe in god. I'm not sure I could possibly, possibly feel more bitter and alienated than I do right now. I'm certain that this is driving my immensely profound depression. And I dont know what to do about it.

Give nirvana's last album, "in utero," a try. It's hardcore-infused pop; so, in other words, it's listenable, but barely, and it's so raw and full of aggresion that the album feels like it's going to just explode at times.
