I was at work today and at the register, my right hand, wrist and forehard started to to twitch uncontrollably and violently. After that my whole body starts to shake pretty hard, enough for a person to notice and I was trying to count back this guys change and it was really hard to concentrate. Well, I havent had a headache for the last 5 months but I can tell I have had the neck andsharp pain in the head symptom several times before. It also stopped me in my tracks and I also felt light headed afterwards.
A doctor told me once that if you had a a mri and came back normal your good for the next ten years.

Yes that does happen a lot in the anxiety community but I think you should call your doc explain to him what you explained here.
Not to scare you or anything im sure its just anxiety but better safe than sorry I always say.

Well actually, that is quite normal and I believe that there is nothing wrong. Im no doctor however, but when I have to speak infront of people I feel the same way and always have.
My advice would be that remember to breath normal and just think how you feel when you are listening to someone giving a presentation, normal right? Nothing to wor... more

i was just wondering if any of you ha e hever had a a sharp pulsing pain in the head, near the back or anywhere. Mine usually last from 10 seconds to 3 minutes maybe. Then felt strange after it happened?
