My question is, at what level are you likely to go into hypoglycemic
shock. I am hypoglycemic unaware. I do not have any symtoms of low
blood sugar until it gets very low. Confusion is the first thing i

It could be a food allergy. It is not uncommon for someone to be allergic to gluten found in foods made with cereals such as wheat, barley and rye. you have not given any details about your life style. The most I can say is to exercise as much as you can, check with your Dr. Before starting a new program. Check your blood sugar often and eat right. Keep a record of what and when you eat. Record your blood sugar readings and take both to the doctor's office each visit. There is hope... more
